When setting up your account you will use the URL: ArbiterSports.com. However, to access your account please use the following URL: RefPay.com as it is easier to navigate through until AbiterPay and RefPay are fully consolidated.
ArbiterPay is a third party vendor that maintains and distributes payments to FNL staff.
There are no fees to use the basic service of ArbiterPay. However there may be fees if you decide to add on additional elective services. Some of those fees may include services such as: ordering a debit card, mailing a paper check or signing up for automatic direct deposit*. To view the list of fees please visit: ArbiterPay Fees.
*To avoid fees for direct deposit - sign in and manually request a transfer. There is no fee for manual transfers.
If you are having issues registering, signing in, other account issues, payment not posted or etc. - please contact ArbiterPay at 1-800-576-2799 or support@arbitersports.com before contacting FNL. Once you have contacted ArbiterPay and they inform you to contact FNL, please do so at that time.

ArbiterPay handles multiple business accounts, so once you have your account set up it will need to be linked to the correct Oklahoma FNL league. To do this, FNL needs the user id and the ArbiterPay account number (NOT bank account or routing number). You can find this information by signing into your account and going under the "Account" tab.

Friday Night Lights issues payments every two weeks. For further information please refer to the Referee's Information Packet supplied to FNL Staff.
Once payment has been issued by FNL it can take 1-3 days for the payment to post to the referees account. If a referee opted for a mailed check or direct deposit - we encourage referees to sign into their ArbiterPay account to track it's progress.
If referees are having issues - we ask referees to first contact ArbiterPay to open a ticket and if instructed to contact FNL by the vendor, then do so at that time.
